Sierra View Homes Retirement Community sent out our resident satisfaction surveys during the summer. The questionnaire was either completed by mail or by individual interview. Of course, we are looking for a “report card” to see how we measure up, but we are also trying to understand if some areas need to be worked on. We are pleased to report that our scores were high for each of the service lines! Certainly we want to improve all the time.
