The beautiful grounds, walking paths, and pergolas. If you can, time your tour for the Spring when our campus has just burst into bloom!
The lovely, open common room in The Terraces, which is often bustling with activity. The common mailbox area, ever-present 1,000-piece puzzle, pool table, piano, and comfortable seating encourage interaction and community.
The pets. On our tours, we often run into the many furry residents of our apartments!
The easy walkability of the campus and buildings. The Terraces was designed for seniors, down to the height of the stairs and countertops, to the layout of the rooms.
The Wellness Center. OK, we admit it – we’re rather proud that we have the only indoor pool in Reedley!
The friendly, non-corporate vibe. For decades, our tagline was, “In the Company of Friends,” and that was no mistake – people on our tours often comment that they can feel the more homelike atmosphere immediately when they set foot on campus.
Our new dining room. On your tour you’ll get to sample the fare, and we’ll introduce you to other residents, so you can grill them about their experience! Often, those impromptu conversations with the people you meet on a tour are the best insight into what life is really like here. Our happy residents are our best advertisement.
